Jennie Robles is the founder of Intellectual Capital and creator of My Worksona®. A strategist and trusted advisor across sectors—from Wall Street to higher education, public service, and global enterprise—Jennie brings deep human insight, organizational understanding, and business acumen to elevate team dynamics, leadership readiness, and growth with integrity.
I created My Worksona® because I didn’t see myself—or my clients—in the tools that were supposed to support our growth.
In 2013, I started surveying college students about what they feared most about their futures. The results were honest, nuanced, and loud: they didn’t just need a job—they needed clarity. Then I became a coach. And I realized the frameworks we were using weren’t built for complexity. They weren’t built for culture, or context, or the kind of grit I’d seen in thousands of professionals trying to lead and grow through real barriers.
So I built something new.
What started as the Motivation Personality Assessment evolved into a powerful, multidimensional tool, rebranded as My Worksona® in 2022, that captures how people work, relate, lead, and grow. Today, it powers a full ecosystem for organizations that want to develop people with precision, at every stage of life, from emerging talent to seasoned leaders.
My background on Wall Street, recruiting, and DEI showed me what was missing. My research and coaching experience made the solution real.
