I created My Worksona® because I didn't see myself—or the people I served—reflected in the tools that were supposed to support our growth.
My Worksona® began with a simple observation
Beginning in 2013, Jennie Robles researched the experiences of professionals navigating leadership, career development, workplace pressure, and organizational change. Across hundreds of conversations and years of behavioral analysis, consistent patterns emerged: people were not lacking ambition or capability. They were struggling to navigate systems, expectations, communication dynamics, and behavioral patterns that traditional models rarely addressed fully. That research evolved into My Worksona®: a multidimensional behavioral intelligence framework designed to help individuals, teams, and organizations better understand how people think, communicate, lead, relate, and perform across environments.
